Simple background is free (png, solid colour, pattern, gradation etc)

Specific background charge 10 -20 USD / IDR 40-65K depend on difficulty

Detailed item charge 5 - 20 USD / IDR 20-65K each piece depends on detail

Extra character will cost 2x base price
